Dan Hartke

Keynote Speaker

Dan is the Director of Wood Lake Camp & Retreat Center in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. A worship leader by trade, he endures the directorial responsibilities for the joy of leading teenagers in worship. He also leads worship at his small, country church. Dan and his wife Jamie have four sons, one daughter, a dog, and a minor coffee addiction. He loves Star Wars, campfires, and roasting coffee for his small business, Camp 41 Roasters. Dan has been mentoring worship leaders for over 20 years.

  • Aaron LeDuc

    Aaron is the Pastor of Equipping at Mountain View Community Church, and was previously the pastor of Worship and Arts for 10 years. He lives in Fort Collins with his awesome wife, Karla, and their 5 kids. He holds a B.M. in Contemporary Writing and Production from Berklee College of Music in Boston.

  • Adam Anglin

    Adam Anglin is the Worship & Arts Pastor at Fellowship Denver Church where he has served for 14 years. From worship ministry at two locations to hospitality ministry totaling 50 people, Adam’s has vast experience in building and supporting Sunday morning ministries from the ground up.

  • Adam Skatula

    Adam has played drums for the band Citizens (Seattle, WA) since their origin in 2011. He’s also worked for Tooth & Nail Records (Seattle, WA) since 2010, and is on staff as Director of Groups Ministry at Calvary Church Englewood (Englewood, CO). He lives in Littleton, CO with his wife Amy and their 2 children.

  • Adreanne Brungardt

    Adreanne Brungardt completed her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Hastings College and Master of Music in Music Therapy from Colorado State University. She has performed on a wide variety of stages from classical arias to chamber music and jazz but she most enjoys leading Sunday morning worship.

  • Amanda Cistola

    Amanda lives in Fort Collins with her husband and two daughters. She has attended Mountain View Community Church for 4 years and (re)launched the kids worship ministry at Mountain View. She loves music and teaching young kids about Jesus, and is thrilled to be able to combine those passions to lead the kids worship ministry.

  • Charlie O’Neil

    Charlie is the drummer and a songwriter in the band Gleemer (Other People Records) and session drummer in Northern Colorado. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado where he has called Mountain View Community Church home, with his wife Haley and also works as a Consultant with Oracle Corporation.

  • Chase Nation

    Chase serves as the Worship Arts Director at Windsor Community Church. He lives in Windsor with his wife, Jen, and two daughters. He formerly served as the Electric Guitar player at Life Church for four years. As an electric player, Chase has toured with various artists and has recorded three albums.

  • Chris Schuett

    Chris Schuett serves as one of the pastors of Sheridan Bible Church in Sheridan, WY. For the past decade Chris served as a pastor at Windsor Community Church overseeing worship arts and student ministries. Chris has led worship for the past 30 years in several church contexts, including WCC and MVCC of the Crossway Network. He and his wife of 26 years, Laurie have 3 children and reside in Sheridan, WY.

  • Dan Pourbaix

    Dan Pourbaix started playing drums at the age of 16 and went on to get a music minor while studying business at CSU. He enjoys playing bass in worship ministry at Mountain View, and also plays drums in a local cover band. Dan and his wife Stephanie met at Mountain View in 2008.

  • Jesse Cowan

    Jesse oversees production, networking, and IT at Fellowship Denver, or as his coworkers like to say, “anything with a plug.” He has operated in this capacity with numerous churches in both staff and consulting roles for over 15 years, and has worked with bands as an engineer both on the road and in the studio.

  • Joel Limpic

    Joel Limpic lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife and three daughters. He's led worship for nearly 30 years and works at Park Church as their Pastor of Liturgy & Arts. He also helps run Verses, a collaborative project that creates musical and visual art to help others memorize and meditate on Scripture.

  • Kyle Fabatz

    Kyle loves Jesus and loves all things percussion. He holds a Bachelors in Music Education from UNC, taught band, orchestra, and choir in the public schools for several years and regularly plays in jazz and classical settings in Northern Colorado. He and his wife Windee have been living in Fort Collins and calling Mountain View home for about 13 years.

  • Michael Ayars

    Michael is a long-time Composer, Producer, and Guitarist. After his time as a member of Meese, (releasing the album Broadcast on Atlantic Records, 2009) he focused his music production in composing music for film, television and advertisements. He searches for musical moments of complexity intertwined with melody, and he enjoys exploring non-traditional sounds through acoustic and electronic instruments.

  • Nat Trout

    Nat loves working with anything tech and ministry. He's been involved in traveling bands, working in large church venues and starting multiple churches from the ground up. Although he has large system experience, Nat still has a heart for the small startup churches bringing his expertise in small budget friendly, easy to setup, easy to use visual and audio systems.

  • Nick Cistola

    Nick serves as the Director of Worship and Arts at Mountain View Community Church. He holds a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and a Bachelors in Music Theory and Composition with an emphasis in Voice. Nick has been leading worship in various capacities for 15 years.

  • Paul Boehner

    Since 7th grade, Paul has been playing the guitar and has loved using his musical gifts for the glory of the Lord. From playing on worship teams in High School to leading worship teams in College and beyond, the Lord has continuously used his experiences to develop his heart into a heart of worship. Paul lives in Denver and is the Worship Resident for the newest Crossway Church Plant, Skyline Church.

  • Scott Gayer

    Scott holds an M.A. and B.A. in Journalism from The University of Nevada, Reno. He has directed music, media and arts ministries in local churches and design agencies for over 13 years. His experience spans multimedia design, music production and videography for livestream environments. Scott is also the Pastor of Worship & Arts at The Well Church in Boulder, CO.

  • Wladimir Navarro

    With more than 18 years of experience in choir and music direction, in 1997 Wlad began serving as Worship Leader at MVC. In 2006, he was ordained as Pastor at MVC where he served as Pastor and Worship Director until 2013. In 2010 together with Sal Oliveri, producer from Sovereign Grace Music, he wrote and co-produced Crossways first Worship Album “Your Grace”. In 2018, Wlad joined the Calvary Family of Churches where he currently serves as one of the pastors and Worship Director at Calvary Church Monument.
